What I Do

I provide psychotherapy to teens and their families, as well as men and women with relational and developmental trauma. My goal is to guide you to feel fully empowered through an environment of authentic connection built on safety and trust.

  • I want my brand to reflect my passion, exuberance for this work, and the thrill I get from being in this field and the gratitude I have for what I get to do and the impact I get to have on people, as well as their impact on me. I hope to never stop learning and being open to new possibilities that will support the people I serve. I also aspire to continue teaching, supervising, and training the next generation of therapists and share what I’ve learned.

  • Outside of individual therapy, I also provide clinical supervision to associates, teach several courses at Antioch University Los Angeles, lead groups at treatment centers, participate on the board of the Eating Disorder Coalition, co-hosted a podcast, presented a TED talk, and have embarked on social media projects that merge my knowledge of human behavior with day to day experiences.

“Compassion is not a virtue. It is a commitment. It's not something we have or don't have. It's something we choose to practice.”
