Services & Partnerships

If I am being completely honest, therapy with me is experimental, real, and hopefully playful. Therapy is the PERFECT place to try things out that you have never tried before with someone who can experience it with you without judgment and hold it! You will be invited to experiment with those things you never thought you’d say out loud, using your body to express your emotions, role play rather than act it out with the people you love, and lean into this space that is literally meant to expand your comfort zone.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is about learning how to be informed by our experience, not owned by it! We own what our truth is and build a new attitude towards that truth. We meet ourselves where we are, rather than building a life based off of “should’s” and “supposed to’s”.

Together, we take a collaborative approach to address self esteem, confidence, and feeling more connected to yourself and others in a meaningful way. We will work on shifting our focus out of the past and future and into the present. The strategies we use in therapy will help you live life on life’s terms with a felt sense of emotional freedom and an inner voice that is more compassionate and honest.

What situations do my clients seek therapy for?

  • frustrations in their personal lives, or feeling “stuck”

  • powerlessness or hopelessness in relationships

  • difficulty with self-esteem and confidence

  • feeling disconnected from others and themselves

  • preoccupation with the past or future, while struggling to show up in the present

  • judgmental or critical attitude towards themselves

  • experiences of trauma that create fight/flight/freeze patterns

  • desire for deeper understanding of themselves, healing, and general wellbeing

Couples Therapy

Being in a “healthy” relationship or having “good communication” isn’t a concept. It’s an experience of reciprocity that takes vulnerability, safety, and trust.

What does couples therapy look like?

We will explore how to give, receive and learn from the ruptures that may have made it difficult to truly connect and engage in an honest way.

The beauty of couples work is that bonds always get stronger in REAL repair. Our attachment to one another strengthens. We feel more attuned and connected to our partner. We build new memories of safety, security, love, and connection.

It is delicate yet remarkable work, and I am grateful to hold that space for couples looking for it.

Group Therapy

To feel seen, understood, and related to, all in connection to others, is at the foundation of what humans need. The true power of a group is hitting on our basic need to BELONG and to be in community.

My belief is that group therapy has the potential to provide an incredible amount of healing. My time leading groups has produced some of the most gratifying, powerful, and beautiful moments of my career and I feel lucky to have the privilege of leading them. Please reach out if interested. Here are some of my current groups.

Parent Group

This group brings parents together to process the immense challenges and responsibilities of parenthood. The purpose of this group is to build community, gain skills and knowledge from other parents, and do internal work guided by the therapist. The goal is to bring about better interactions with your children, and to achieve meaningful repair and closer bonds.

Teen Co-Ed Group

This group bring teens together to process their emotions, and learn new skills to manage their life in relationships. It also creates a space that allows teens to relate to one another, and have meaningful conversations, which are often lacking in their everyday lives. These groups have shown to be powerful and there is a strong need in this community.

Workshops & Partnerships

I’ve had the pleasure of hosting a workshop each month for therapists and therapists in training to learn “Gestalt Therapy”, a model of therapy that I am specialized in.
